They out source all customer service. So i outsourced my Dell laptop to Ebay, and got a HP, and speak to americans for help

that’s because they will work for $1.25 an hour. Most all service desks are in India these days. Don’t you love repeating yourself and then asking them to do the same?

Turbo tax double charged me and tried to blame it on the bank even though there was 2 different transaction #’s. Rude-rude-rude Indian guy.
Outsourcing will kill this country faster than garden gnomes.

I’m glad I know how to fix / build my own computers. I wouldn’t be able to handle the idiot I.T. tech support guys that are reading off of a flow chart type card.
I’ve had to deal with customer service in India before for something else… it was not a pleasant experience. Rarely is it ever one.
