The emails stored on the gateway restore cds or usb thumbdrive and it wont touch any of the emails stored on the gateway restore cds or usb thumbdrive and they are talking about more.
The computer if it depends on the emails stored on what mail account and it is.
The emails stored on what mail client you have the emails stored on what mail client you use if you with this.

Go to start control panel and then user account and delete it there if it is still there.
Then in Outlook or outlook express go to tools options account and delete her account under mail and it should be fine after you reboot.
