ok lets help you out here as da tech support have da sims working for them .that is why they dont know anything. now its a new pc. there will be software on there what you do is hit on start all programs & look in da list . at what is installed . never delete anything. this is new you want to find out how it all works . so find some of da programs on ur pc hit on da icons to open them then go from there if you have a office program software installed . you can do office work things like that there my be some dvd software that you can play ur dvd movies on & there may be some media software that you can use to play ur music cds what you need to do is look in da list and get used to da program software that is installed on ur new pc. i hope i have bean of some help to you on this matter. as ur pc tech support sims are tired and dont know much about there own pc they need to go home and reset
